Welcome to SR Home Furnishing. By booking our services, visiting our website, or contacting us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
Recliner Sofa Repair provides sofa repair, reupholstery, wooden polishing, recliner repair, and other furniture-related services.
All services are subject to availability and service location (primarily Gurgaon & nearby areas).
Our team will inspect the furniture before starting any repair work. Final pricing may vary based on condition and materials required.
2. Pricing & Payments
Prices are provided after inspection or shared in advance based on customer description/photos.
Any additional work required beyond the initial quote will be informed to the customer before proceeding.
Payments must be made after service completion or as per agreed terms.
We accept UPI, bank transfer, cash, or other agreed payment modes.
No refunds will be issued once the work is completed and accepted by the customer.
3. Material & Warranty
Materials (fabric, foam, leather, polish, etc.) will be shown to the customer before use.
Warranty applies only to the specific work done and materials supplied by us.
Warranty does not cover:Damage due to misuse, water, pets, or rough handling
Damage occurring after shifting furniture
Natural wear and tear
Third-party materials provided by the customer are not covered under warranty.
4. On-Site Service
Some repairs are done at the customer’s home; others may require workshop handling.
If furniture is taken to our workshop, proper receipt and delivery details will be provided.
Customers must ensure there is enough working space at the service location.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule service by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit.
Any material cost already purchased for custom orders will be chargeable.
6. Liability
Recliner Sofa Repair is not responsible for:Pre-existing damages
Structural defects
Damages caused due to inaccurate information provided by customers
We ensure safe handling, but we are not liable for accidental damage caused by natural causes or electrical issues during recliner motor repair.
7. Photos & Portfolio Use
Before/after photos of sofa repair may be used for portfolio & marketing purposes.
If you do not want your photos used, please inform our team in advance.
8. Appointment Confirmation
Booking via call, WhatsApp, website, or SMS will be considered confirmation.
The customer must provide accurate address and contact details.
9. Privacy
We protect customer information and do not share contact details with any third party.

10. Governing Law
All disputes are subject to Gurgaon (Haryana) jurisdiction only.
